AAA Learning provides other services such as placement,
arrangement of sponsorship of the exams with a broker dealer, or with an FCM, as
well as live training seminars upon request at your locality. A series 7 seminar
is held every third Week in Ft. Lauderdale and elsewhere upon request. Ethics
training, futures and securities trading seminars or other seminars available
for groups.
BROKER RECRUITMENT
We have a number of students who are seeking positions with
broker dealers or futures firms. We refer them to your firm at NO CHARGE. If you
want us to do a search for your firm we do it for no up front cost. We charge
only if you keep the brokers. YOU pay the advertising that we design, you get
ALL the prospects. The student pays the training. If the recruit has a
"BOOK" then we charge upon referral if you hire. Our rates are

passed the exam, we perform placement for FREE to you.
We can do searches for Representatives that are Registered for your firm.

CONTRACT 1:PROVIDE NEWLY TRAINED BROKERS FOR FIRM
Aaalearning.com , party of the first (POF) agrees to provide newly trained
brokers, to be sponsored for exams by the FIRM, ___________________, heretofore
known as the party of the second (POS) as follows:
POF to provide:
1)new brokers / weeded out who can pass the exam Series 3,7 or 6 (circle one).
2)Examination training paid for by the candidate.
3)Candidates who can pass the exams.
POS to provide:
1)no payment to POF until the candidate stays registered with the POS for 4
months, then $250 to be paid.
2)if candidates stays with POS for 6 months an additional $250
to be paid
3)if candidates stays with POS or affiliated firm for one year then additional $500
to be paid.
4)all training fees to be kept by POF unless specified

5)All advertising done on behalf of POS to be reimbursed to the POF, this shall
include classified ads in the geographic area and any out of pocket internet
ads. All other expenses, phone calls etc. at expense of POF. Contract to be
valid for minimum of ___months beginning with the date signed below. Either
party may cancel this contract but POS to be responsible ongoing for up to 3
years for any payment for any personnel found as a result of an introduction by
POF.

CONTRACT 2: Existing Brokers with a "Book"
Aaalearning.com , party of the first (POF) agrees to existing brokers with a
"book", to be hired or relationship established as independent
contractor with the FIRM, ___________________, heretofore known as the party of
the second (POS) as follows
POF to provide:
1)existing registered brokers from other firms who have a "book" of
accounts which can possibly be transferred over to the new firm.
2)existing broker dealers who might be candidates for merger or acquisition from
the acquiring firm POS.
POS to provide:
1)5% of gross assets average over last year or 5% of last months gross assets of
clients on hand in last monthly statement upon hiring or contract established
paid to POF or 10% of annual commissions generated over previous year, whichever
is greater.
2)if candidates stay with firm for more than 6 months, an additional 5% to be
paid to POF of gross assets generated with the new firm or 5% of gross dealer
concessions and revenues created for the first six months, whichever is greater.
3)All advertising done on behalf of POS to be reimbursed to the POF, this shall
include classified ads in the geographic area and any out of pocket internet
ads. All other expenses, phone calls etc. at expense of POF. Contract to be
valid for minimum of ___months beginning with the date signed below. Either
party may cancel this contract but POS to be responsible ongoing for up to 3
years for any payment for any personnel found as a result of an introduction by
POF.

brokers, to be sponsored for exams by the FIRM, ___________________, heretofore

POF to provide:
1)new brokers / weeded out who have passed the exam Series 3,7 or 6 (circle
combination or one).
2)Candidate will have experience placing and accepting orders and answering
question.
3)Candidates have passed the exams and are in good standing.
POS to provide:
1)$450 upon hiring by the POS.
2)All advertising done on behalf of POS to be reimbursed to the POF, this shall
include classified ads in the geographic area and any out of pocket internet
ads. All other expenses, phone calls etc. at expense of POF. Contract to be
valid for minimum of ___months beginning with the date signed below. Either
party may cancel this contract but POS to be responsible ongoing for up to 3
years for any payment for any personnel found as a result of an introduction by
POF.

Live Training: We will come down and train your group or company
in any area including arbitrage, trading or NASD training. Call 8003440335
for minimums. We offer Live Series 7 courses every 3rd week M-F in Ft.
Lauderdale for $695.
Advanced reading is required. Advance sign up required. Come back to the seminar
as many times as you want until you pass. Let us provide an instructor for your
