NO return of courses on the internet if opened, used, or reviewed and otherwise only within 48 hours of receipt will any exchange, or refund be given unless opened, used or reviewed. It shall be AAA policy NOT to disclose any information to any party without written authorization by the client. Returns of hard copy courses subject to 35% restocking charge.
