RETURN POLICY AAA LEARNING

NASD, Testing training, or "Become A..." Products: NO refunds other than we guarantee you pass or we pay your re test fee one time. Must prove you got 90's on practice tests, send back disks or proof on internet of completion of course and return all unused materials.

 

OPTIONAL: At option of AAALearning.com AAA may, at its option, upon receipt of all unused unopened materials, charge a 33.34% restock or "handling" charge plus any shipping and handling costs of any of its products purchased.

 

CE Continuing Education and CFP products: No refunds, upon purchase. Test fees and book fees are all inclusive. Failure to take an exam does not constitute failure to receive internet or disk training course. Order of the course and electronic shipment of the course is deemed to be acceptance and receipt by the student of the course, exam and otherwise. From time to time State Taxes, surcharges, and other costs may apply such as student proctoring. Prices published on this site do not include proctor costs that the student shall bear.

 

Credit hours: Subject to change without notice. We believe published credit hours are accurate but are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to replace our product with one of another author/competitor/related or affiliated company in the CE / Training Business without advance notice if we are out of stock, course is unavailable or not updated or for any other reason. Credit hours and issuance of certificates will in that case be issued by the sponsoring alternate affiliated organization heretofore known as "sponsor".

 

Placement: If student has negative, criminal, or reduced functional communicative abilities, any "registration and testing fees" paid for such testing of S 3, S 7 or S 63 or other courses to which AAA Learning is providing "free" placement and arranging for "free" sponsorship, there will be no return of fees if after successfully finding a firm, for whatever reason that firm is unable to sponsor or register and or employ or establish independent contractor relationship. If there are no AAA Learning offers to the student for review of resume by specific licensed brokerage firms, or list of companies that would be conducive to the student for employment or independent contractor relationship, then registration and testing refund to be made in full within a reasonable time. Student must at all times present self in business like manner and sell themselves on their attributes and that said student would be an asset to the organization, concentrating on the students marketing skills to the employer or independent contractor company.

Payment or purchase of a course can be reversed if done so within 24 hours upon reasonable request. Payment for a course in installments prior to receipt for a course will result in loss of all installments paid in, regardless of receipt, up to 50% of the purchase price.
